Manager of Organic Search
to lead and execute SEO and emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies across a portfolio of well-known brands.This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands traditional SEO but is also leaning into where search is going-AI-driven results, LLM visibility, and evolving content strategies.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and manage SEO & AEO campaigns across multiple client accounts Conduct technical SEO audits (site structure, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.) Execute on-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategy Support AEO initiatives including optimizing for AI-driven search results and featured snippets Manage local SEO programs (Google Business Profiles, citations, geo-targeted content) Partner with content, dev, and design teams to implement best practices Analyze performance using GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms Contribute to reporting with clear insights and recommendations Stay ahead of algorithm updates and evolving search/AI trends What They're Looking For
3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is a big plus) Strong foundation in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy Exposure to or strong interest in AEO / AI-driven search Experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
