Overview
We are seeking a Regional AP Specialist to join our team!

Qualifications Required Skills:
Minimum two (2) years' experience in Accounts Payable preferred.
OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Understanding of sales tax, gross receipts and use tax requirements by state.
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Responsibilities Responsible for various Accounts Payable functions; approve facility coding of invoices, processing disbursements, reconciling bills, checking balances, and maintaining vendor files. Integrates the organization’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
