Salary is open and commensurate with experience Overview We are seeking an EPM Specialist II to support planning and budgeting systems, including Oracle Hyperion/EPM applications. This role focuses on system administration, reporting, data management, and supporting financial planning processes across budgeting and forecasting cycles. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Oracle EPM/Hyperion Planning applications Maintain and enhance reports; migrate reports across environments Manage metadata, workflows, and data within EPM systems Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting processes Analyze data trends and identify opportunities to improve data quality Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues Serve as liaison between business teams and technical support teams Support budgeting and forecasting activities across finance teams Provide training and support for end users (e.g., SmartView, reporting tools) Document system changes and maintain tracking (e.g., Jira) Assist with validation and testing of system updates in QA environments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion Planning Strong experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting systems Experience with SmartView, reporting tools, and EPM workflows Knowledge of SQL, scripting (e.g., MXL), or data querying (preferred) Experience with system administration, data management, and reporting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice to Have Experience supporting ERP migrations (e.g., PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion) Background in finance, budgeting, or public sector environments Job Location Alexandria, Virginia, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular Apply
