Position Summary The Field Sales Representative owns and delivers sales for their overall territory by developing relationships with Store Managers and other retail personnel to achieve directed short and long-term performance objectives for Nestle Waters and Premium Beverages group. This is achieved with a focus on delivering the overall value of retail (VOR) to include sales, displays, new items and core distribution. Activities center on coverage of Nestlé items, including systemic problem solving related to out of stocks, new item speed to shelf, share of shelf, price compliance, and promotion selling for Nestle water and premium beverage products, to include Nesquik. The territory location is Atlanta, GA and candidates must live within 50 miles of the location. Responsibilities

Sell incremental volume for display and obtain maximum support for promoted products. Sell promotional surveys for displays. Sell additional products based on opportunities observed. Collaborate with targeted store-level/district-level retail operations personnel to create and execute business reviews that drive volume. Lead expenditure of financial resources in a fiscally responsible manner. Ensure compliance to pricing guidelines at retail level. Report competitive price changes and promotional support and resolve competitive pricing issues. Identify and correct voids and ensure new items are available. Merchandise products to obtain schematic compliance, pack out shelves, rotate products, handle unsellable product and resolve systemic problems related to out-of-stocks and voids. Develop and maintain proper relations with department/store level personnel within territory to maximize sales results. Communicate market insights from the retail level to management. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related field preferred. 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience of CPG products preferred, not required. Must possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing. Excellent customer service and organizational skills, attention to detail. Strong communication (oral and written), selling and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and other POS systems. Ability to analyze financial, inventory, retail conditions and other data to utilize appropriate selling techniques. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
