About This Opportunity The Account Analyst II plays a key role in supporting the Sales team through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. This position’s key focus will be to grow and maintain the prepaid business for InComm Payments at assigned retailer(s) while driving and maximizing account productivity. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders to monitor account performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions that support revenue growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating data into actionable business recommendations. This person will help the InComm Payments account team support the prepaid category at the retailer.
This role works closely with local partners; therefore, candidates located in the Bentonville, AR area are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities This highly collaborative role will focus on ongoing communication with the National Account Manager/Sales Manager in support of providing the best-in-class product category. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Pull, analyze, and distribute sales data through recurring and ad‑hoc reports (weekly/monthly).
Support product launches by submitting tickets, managing item setup, and validating test configurations.
Coordinate launch assets with partner teams to ensure on‑time readiness.
Manage seasonal fixture execution, including timelines, POs, and planogram requirements.
Maintain merchant item setup accuracy and support product development.
Identify and resolve cost and retail pricing discrepancies.
Partner with Replenishment to align inventory levels and sales strategy.
Manage merchandising schedules and analyze merchandising performance reports.
Submit production requests and coordinate monthly shipment of merchandising assets.
Develop new items and promotional forecasts in collaboration with suppliers and customers.
Support item setup and ensure ecommerce assortment protocols are met.
Address and resolve consumer service issues in partnership with internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, marketing, or similar field; or Certified Retail Analyst certificate.
Data Analysis – pulling reports, manipulating data, and curating insights and ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights clearly.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, including tracking projects and monitoring progress across workstreams.
Collaborative, prepared to work with multiple internal and external partners to drive toward goals.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience supporting key client or retail accounts.
Experience with Walmart and Sam’s Club’s vendor portal (Retail Link, MADRID and Data Sync) is a plus.
Able/willing to travel by plane and/or car domestically.
