
Salesforce Platform Manager

RCN Capital, LLC is a national, direct, private lender providing real estate investors with financing for the purchase or refinance of non-owner-occupied single-family & multi-family properties.
We are seeking a Salesforce Platform Manager to join our Technology team and focus on the strategic oversight, technical health, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals. This position with collaborate with the Salesforce team comprised of solution architect, administrators and developers to align the CRM with business goals through strategic planning, project management, and system optimization. Key duties include managing the platform's technology roadmap, overseeing project delivery, prioritizing enhancements, and maintaining the platform's functionality, while also driving user adoption and staying updated on new Salesforce features.
Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and will have a vested interest in understanding the best ways the system can be used to its fullest extent to meet business objectives. In collaboration with our technology, executive, and sales leadership, the Salesforce Administrator will deliver solutions to scale RCN Capital's business.
Responsibilities:
Strategic planning : Define and manage the technology roadmap for the Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports and aligns with overall business objectives.
Project management : Lead and manage projects related to Salesforce enhancements and maintenance, from requirements gathering to final delivery.
Platform management : Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of the platform, including configuring features like workflows, Process Builders, and Flows.
Enhancement prioritization : Develop and maintain a backlog of enhancements and fixes, prioritizing them based on business impact.
User adoption and training : Drive user adoption by monitoring dashboards, implementing improvement strategies, and helping to develop training programs.
Stakeholder collaboration : Act as a central point of contact, collaborating with various business units and stakeholders to gather insights and communicate changes.
Technical leadership : Stay current with new Salesforce tools and updates to identify and leverage opportunities for platform improvement.
Troubleshooting : Respond to immediate issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify necessary solutions.
Required Skills:
Exemplary communication skills Ability to interpret business needs and translate them to high leverage technology solutions In depth knowledge of Salesforce and applications for the program in a business setting Ability to problem solve at a high level Ability to follow a solution from inception through implementation and support Ability to adapt to changing requirements Required Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator delivering impactful business solutions Demonstrable experience in translating business requirements to actionable solutions Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions within real estate or mortgage related industries is a plus Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS/MIS/BIS, or related field required Master's degree in Computer Science, CIS/MIS/BIS, or related field a plus Schedule:
Full time Monday-Friday, 9AM - 6PM Hybrid work model, minimum of 2 days per week in office
