
Account Executive II, Retail Media

What You'll Do
Reach and exceed individual business development goals while contributing to overall team goals, strategy, and culture.
Provide world class customer service to drive revenue growth with existing client portfolio.
Identify and understand trends within the Retail Media industry, i.e. what makes a campaign successful, and apply learnings to help generate incremental revenue opportunities.
Target clients will consist of medium business brands in Home, Apparel and Beauty categories, with potential expansion to other consumer goods categories over time.
Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with brands, brand agencies & retailers.
Build prospect lists, find new contacts, send outreach, and expand active clients with relevant Retail Media products and offerings.
Develop a realistic pipeline and drive revenue on expanded retailers and product offerings.
Hunt new brands, identify best contacts, and activate them in the platform while converting leads, creating opportunities in the CRM, and moving them through the system to activation.
Use consultative selling to grow investment from your existing book of business and activate net new brands to scale quickly.
Utilize tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach (or similar) to increase volume and maximize conversion rate.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Account Strategy, Marketing, Legal, Technical, Campaign Managers, Product Specialists, and others.
A solid understanding of the AdTech world is a plus; a proven track record in technology sales with multi-product complexity is essential.
Attend trade shows and in-person meetings as needed.
Participate in video calls and be comfortable on camera.
Who You Are
Experience working with apparel and home goods brands is a plus but not required.
3+ years in selling with retail media knowledge preferred.
You are not afraid to speak up, ask questions, and find solutions.
You are determined to meet revenue goals and strive to exceed them.
Creative, able to think outside the box to engage brands and prospects.
Strategic, efficient, comfortable with AI solutions.

You have consultative selling and closing skills and are actively developing them.
You can pitch multiple technology products and tailor your pitch to client goals using multiple products.
You use discovery questions and have solid knowledge of sales models.
You can accurately forecast and proactively manage your pipeline.
You will manage a high number of medium business prospects and active accounts across the full sales cycle, keeping data up to date in the CRM and trackers.
You can multitask to meet external and internal timelines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and exceed revenue goals.
You are able to prioritize and work efficiently, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
You are focused on business goals with coaching from your Manager and potential mentoring from peers.
You have good analytical skills and are a data-driven decision maker, able to use data to support business proposals and plans.
