A property management firm in New York City is seeking a new Brokerage Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, the Brokerage Coordinator will provide dedicated support to a top-performing brokerage team, ensuring brokers have the resources they need for success.

Monday to Friday Hours:

8am to 5pm (40 hours a week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch) Setting:

Onsite Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal resources on marketing, research, deal booking and operations. Create and coordinate the creation to format, and maintain marketing materials (brochures, presentations, proposals, case studies, newsletters, email blasts, invitations, announcements, boards, aerials, tour books, bios, team materials etc.) Create simple maps and aerials to illustrate relevant information regarding the property being marketed or list of properties for consideration Manage the distribution of e-blasts (templated property e-blasts, announcements etc.) Coordinate with other departments (marketing, research, finance) based on the needs of the team and client Provide sales, marketing, and transaction support Coordinate appointments with internal and external clients and arrange any other accommodation that may be required Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications:

1+ years' experience in Marketing, Administrative Support or related field Bachelor's Degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent oral and written communication skills, including creating and editing marketing materials Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite History of excellent internal and external customer service Desired Qualifications:

Commercial Real Estate experience Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
