The Swine Account Manager is responsible for discovering sales opportunities for a specific range of products within the Devenish swine portfolio. This position will work with our product development team and swine nutritionists to ensure that these products meet customer needs and expectations. The Swine Account Manager position should be familiar with the swine industry and have the ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Develop & implement detailed sales strategy for each product/solution Optimize sales of product/solution by utilizing current technical, R&D & marketing resources Identify sales opportunities & directly position solutions where they provide value to the customer Collect market intelligence to be able to better position Devenish solutions to the industry Collaborate with internal R&D team to further develop marketing data required to improve value Support the wider commercial team in their efforts to sell the solutions to their customer base Communicate with management around customer concerns around product & service offerings Liaise with marketing team to develop product demand generating initiatives Gain a full commercial understanding of the Devenish nutritional solutions (products, services, etc) Functional involvement with all personnel directly involved in sales of Devenish nutritional solutions (Research, Product Development, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Accounting, etc.) Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of feed, feed ingredients, feed supplements, animal husbandry and basic animal nutrition Well-rounded technical sales background, preferably in Swine animal nutrition Exceptional time management, positive communication skills, self-motivated and desire to work as part of a team Compensation Rage: Base salary of $110,000 – $140,000 plus unlimited commission potential Devenish Nutrition Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community
