
E-commerce Account Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Manage and Expand Key E-Commerce Accounts:
Drive the strategy and relationship management for national e-commerce customers, being the primary contact for customer, merchant, marketing, and retail media teams. Facilitate joint business planning and promotions. Enhance Demand Generation & Retail Media Effectiveness:
Create customized demand generation strategies and fine-tune retail media programs to maximize traffic and sales performance. Boost New Products & Assortment Growth:
Partner with Product Management to support new launches through captivating content and effective digital campaigns. Optimize Product Content & Digital Presence:
Advocate for top-notch product page content and analyze performance metrics for ongoing enhancements. Drive Insights with Data:
Oversee sales forecasting, demand planning, and budgeting, collaborating with Finance to evaluate account performance. YOU HAVE: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales/account management. 4+ years of experience in E-commerce sales management with a proven track record of success. Expertise in retail media, digital advertising, and demand generation strategies. Strong grasp of financial fundamentals including forecasting and budget management. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools. Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (0-20%) within the U.S. A valid driver's license is required. Pay Transparency Our pay scale reflects the expected total target cash range for this position, considering factors such as knowledge and experience. Exceeding yearly sales goals may result in total compensation exceeding the maximum salaries listed.
