As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will collaborate with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, address inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Your role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly resolving any concerns and maintaining product knowledge to uphold our high standards.
Your responsibilities will involve direct contact with customers, and you may have unsupervised access to cash and valuables, necessitating a background check to uphold the safety and integrity of our operations.
The selected candidate will work at Store #5856, located at: 2241 Macarthur Rd, Whitehall, PA 18052-4528.

Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in a retail or customer service role. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
