Peak Management is seeking a “ROCKSTAR” Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Beckwith Place, a 200+ unit property located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role emphasizes customer service and working with the public. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, and operations, with a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Previous Property Manager experience at a small property is a plus. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to residents and the public. Support property operations and daily management tasks. Assist with budget preparation and reporting, finance, and leasing activities. Uphold Fair Housing standards in all activities. Qualifications
Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, and operations. Solid understanding of Fair Housing. Previous Property Manager experience for a small property is a plus. Positive attitude and customer-service orientation. Sign-On and Benefits
