Manage and review complex corporate tax returns and related compliance engagements\nLead and oversee ASC 740 (income tax provision) calculations and reporting\nProvide strategic tax planning and consulting services to corporate clients\nSupervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates\nReview work for accuracy, technical compliance, and completeness\nStay current on tax law changes and advise clients on potential impacts\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor\nCollaborate with partners and senior leadership on client engagements and firm initiatives\nQualifications

Key Responsibilities

Lead partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements

Review complex partnership tax returns and ensure accuracy

Advise clients on tax strategies and identify savings opportunities

Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery

Support business development and build client relationships

Mentor, train, and develop tax professionals

Research complex tax issues and respond to IRS inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Active CPA license required

10+ years of tax experience (public accounting required)

Strong experience in

partnership tax (Subchapter K)

Proven leadership and team management experience
