Growth Marketing Intern

AllSpice, Inc., San Francisco, CA, United States

AllSpice Internship

At AllSpice, we're building a platform for hardware engineering teams to collaborate, automate, and supercharge their workflows. By applying proven software development principles and AI technology to the hardware lifecycle, we're redefining how a $6.5B+ industry designs, builds, and collaborates - powering innovation across electronics teams worldwide. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of demand generation, campaign execution, and customer advocacy. You'll contribute directly to how AllSpice attracts, engages, and retains its audience. About the Role

This is a summer internship (with the option to extend into the fall semester). You'll work closely with our marketing team to build and execute campaigns that generate pipeline, deepen engagement with our existing customer base, and help grow a community of hardware engineering advocates. What You'll Do

Demand Generation Campaigns: Help plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns designed to generate awareness and pipeline

Pipeline Programs: Support outbound and inbound marketing initiatives that work in lockstep with the sales team to move prospects through the funnel

Customer Community & Advocacy: Help build and nurture a community of AllSpice customers and hardware engineering enthusiasts: identifying advocates, sourcing case studies, and supporting programs that deepen customer relationships

Campaign Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance, use data to inform what's working and what to iterate on

Event & Webinar Support: Help coordinate virtual and in-person events

Marketing Ops: Support list management, segmentation, and campaign setup in our marketing and CRM tools to ensure clean execution and accurate attribution

Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)

Background in or exposure to B2B SaaS, developer tools, or hardware-adjacent industries

Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar) for creating simple marketing assets
