612 Months About the Role We are partnering with a leading organization headquartered in the DFW area that is undergoing a transition in its tax function, including shifting work between public accounting firms and bringing key processes in-house. They are seeking a highly experienced Global Tax professional to support this initiative and operate as a key contributor within the tax team. This individual will play a critical role in managing global tax provision and compliance efforts while coordinating closely with external advisors, including a Big 4 firm. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review tax provisions, returns, and reports related to federal, state, local, and international tax liabilities Manage global tax compliance, including U.S. international reporting (Forms 5471, 8858, etc.) Coordinate and collaborate directly with external advisors (including Big 4 firms) with minimal internal oversight Support ongoing transition of tax processes from external providers to internal operations Monitor tax law changes and assess impact on the business Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries as needed Evaluate tax implications of business initiatives, including potential M&A activity Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and other business units on tax-related matters Maintain audit trails and ensure integrity of tax reporting data Contribute to tax strategy development and implementation Qualifications Required: 810+ years of experience in corporate tax Strong experience in global tax provision and compliance Deep knowledge of U.S. corporate income tax and international tax reporting (Forms 5471, 8858, etc.) Hands-on experience with

OneSource Tax Provision (OTP)

and advanced Excel skills Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction Experience collaborating directly with external firms Preferred: Experience with SAP and/or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred)
