Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the organization's business goals in the FMCG industry. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations. Provide expert tax counsel to internal stakeholders, supporting business decisions. Manage tax audits and effectively communicate with tax authorities. Identify and mitigate tax risks while optimizing tax positions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business strategies. Oversee tax reporting and ensure accurate and timely submissions. Keep up-to-date with tax law changes and assess their impact on the organization. Proficiency in tax research and compliance tools. A professional qualification in tax or law is highly desirable. Competitive annual salary ranging from $160,000 to $240,000 USD + bonus.
