Indirect Sales Data Specialist

Support all transactional processes related to indirect sales data, including EDI, file imports, and manual invoice entry (as needed). Monitor daily transmission of all incoming electronic data interchange (EDI) sales feeds and conduct transactional analysis to troubleshoot reported file discrepancies. Partner with Zoetis customers and EDI clearinghouse (Reliance Data) to resolve suspended data, conversion errors, incompatibilities, and submission delays. Identify problem trends and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues. Research and respond to various sales data-related inquiries promptly. Apply creative solutions to reduce time spent on daily activities and improve accuracy with indirect sales data. Create and maintain various data maps, including AHN Database, distributor cross reference tables, and reported price variances. Compile, verify, and prepare source invoice data for entry into the sales system, including manipulating data within Microsoft Excel. Assist with new company integration related to indirect customer requests and historical sales loads. Partner with cross-functional teams (ex, customer master data, rebates teams) to resolve customer mapping issues that impact sales transactions. Serve as backup for manual invoice entry processing and provide support during high-volume months. Ensures data integrity and SOX compliance. Technical Skills (Education, Experience, Skills)

Proficient in Microsoft Office - advanced Excel skills required. Process-oriented; able to contribute to creating new procedures. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills. Adept at understanding customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution, and communicating process and resolution effectively both verbally and in writing. Enthusiastic and engaging with customers in all encounters. Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate multiple priorities. Strong customer service commitment is critical to this role. Education Requirements

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-oriented, database management, or comparable position. Knowledge of Zoetis accounts, products, and pricing is preferred. Physical Skills Requirements

Office based position Malvern Hybrid role The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $78,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation. This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
