Overview: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Enterprise Systems to lead the evolution, optimization, and governance of our enterprise applications ecosystem, with a primary focus on NetSuite. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, improving business processes, and maximizing ROI on systems investments following a recent NetSuite implementation. This leader will manage a small but high-impact team and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to enhance system capabilities and support company growth. Key Responsibilities: Own the Enterprise Systems Strategy Define and execute the roadmap for enterprise applications, with NetSuite as the core ERP platform Align systems strategy with business objectives and scaling needs Drive NetSuite Optimization & Process ImprovementLead post-implementation enhancements following a NetSuite go-live (~3 years ago) Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, best-practice processes across Finance, Order Management, and Operations Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve workflows, reporting, and system adoption Team LeadershipManage and mentor a team of 2 enterprise systems professionals Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and solutions-oriented culture Cross-Functional PartnershipAct as a key liaison between business teams and technical resources Translate business requirements into xywuqvp scalable system solutions Support Finance (close, reporting), Supply Chain, and GTM operations Systems Governance & IntegrationEstablish governance, change management, and documentation standards Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other business systems (e.g., CRM, billing, data tools) Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage external consultants, implementation partners, and vendors Prioritize initiatives and manage competing demands across the business
