Events Marketing Associate
As our Marketing Associate, you'll be the right hand to the Experiential Marketing Manager, helping us turn standard tradeshows into "must-see" moments. You're not just planning events; you're crafting experiences. From nailing the logistics to creating "scroll-stopping" content for our digital fans, you'll be the engine behind our brand's physical and virtual presence. If you love the thrill of a live event and the satisfaction of a campaign that hits its ROI goals, we want you on the ground with us. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of all tradeshows and industry events, including booth design, material preparation, and logistical coordination Develop and implement marketing campaigns specifically for tradeshows to drive booth traffic and generate leads Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative tradeshow strategies and enhance brand visibility at events Manage social media accounts to promote upcoming tradeshows, provide live event updates, and engage with attendees Develop and implement marketing campaigns for tradeshows and social media to drive booth traffic, generate leads, and increase online engagement Coordinate with the sales team and external vendors to ensure all tradeshow initiatives are effectively implemented Assist in the creation and setup of engaging tradeshow displays and product demonstrations Develop compelling copywriting for tradeshow collateral, presentations, and promotional materials Conduct post-tradeshow follow-up activities, including lead nurturing and performance analysis Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information related to event planning and customer data Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Possess excellent writing skills Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate tradeshow objectives and ideas Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tradeshow projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as cross-functionally with sales and other departments for tradeshow success.
