Marketing Content Specialist (Finance)
Rice Companies is hiring a Marketing Content Specialist to join the growing marketing team located out of our Sauk Rapids, MN headquarters. We're looking for someone who thrives on creating engaging content, developing proposals and collaborating on creative marketing solutions in the construction industry.
In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with teams across multiple locations to capture what makes Rice Companies unique and bring it to life through content to support engagement and proposals to help win work. This role supports multiple offices across MN, ND, SD, IA, and WI and requires travel.

What You'll Do
Create and manage engaging content across social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
Capture jobsite stories, team highlights, and project features through written, visual, and multimedia content
Monitor and engage on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to gather information and tell compelling stories
Design and develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that support business development
Translate technical project details into clear, engaging content
Track and analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements
Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion, keeping timelines and deliverables on track
Partner with teams across locations to plan and capture content
Support events, sponsorships, and community initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms
Stay current on marketing, social media, and industry trends

Clear and professional communication skills
A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
35 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content roles preferred
Willingness and ability to travel regularly (up to 23 days per week)
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 depending on experience.
