Hybrid Role:

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or employee relocation.
Working knowledge of immigration, relocation, and global assignment processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting mobility programs across multiple regions.
Familiarity with HRIS and mobility tracking systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
Experience in transition environments such as carve-outs or standalone company builds.
Responsibilities Role Overview
The Global Mobility Specialist (Contract) supports the administration and delivery of international and domestic employee mobility programs. This role focuses on operational execution, compliance coordination, and employee support across relocations, assignments, and cross-border transfers.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on global mobility experience and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities Program Administration & Operations
Administer end-to-end global mobility processes for international and domestic relocations, assignments, and permanent transfers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for relocating employees, providing guidance on policies, timelines, and logistics.
Coordinate with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
Vendor & Compliance Coordination
Liaise with relocation vendors, immigration counsel, tax providers, and destination service providers.
Coordinate immigration and work authorization processes and track case status.
Support tax-related data collection and assignment processes (no tax advisory responsibilities).
Policy & Documentation Support
Apply global mobility policies consistently and flag exceptions as needed.
Prepare and track assignment letters, relocation agreements, and cost estimates.
Maintain accurate records within HRIS and mobility tracking tools.
Financial & Reporting Support
Track mobility-related expenses and support cost reconciliation.
Assist with reporting on mobility activity and compliance status.
Employee Experience
Deliver a high level of service to relocating employees and managers.
Communicate clearly and empathetically on time-sensitive matters.
