Graphic Designer (Multimedia, Product Photography & Video) – Ann Arbor, MI
Full-Time | In-Person
We are seeking a full-time, in-office Graphic Designer to join a collaborative marketing team in Ann Arbor. This is a permanent, onsite position and part of a confidential search. A portfolio link is required with your application. Photography and video samples are strongly preferred.
This role is responsible for developing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms, including photography, video, and multimedia assets that support marketing and brand initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape how the brand is presented to customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Design assets for web, print, email campaigns, social media, and product packaging
Plan, capture, and edit product and lifestyle photography in an in-house studio
Create and edit video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns
Develop content tailored for social media platforms
Retouch and optimize images to meet brand standards
Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and brand initiatives
Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Provide creative guidance to junior team members when needed
Qualifications
5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a business or brand environment
Strong photography and photo editing skills; in-house or studio experience preferred
Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles
Ability to work onsite full-time in Ann Arbor
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Collaborative, team-oriented, and open to feedback
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a product-based, e-commerce, or catalog-driven environment
Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
Passion for or connection to music, arts, or education
Experience mentoring or leading creative team members
