As the VIP Service Representative, you play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the VIP Services department by delivering high-level, personalized service to valued guests. You contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty by coordinating requests, handling reservations and special accommodations, and collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience.**Job Description:**Essential Functions and Responsibilities* Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture* Warmly welcome VIP guests and manage their preferences for accommodations, dining, transportation, and amenities* Coordinate and confirm limousine services, travel itineraries, and other logistical arrangements* Evaluate casino play to determine and issue comps in compliance with policies and regulations* Assign guest rooms, process check-ins and check-outs, and handle financial transactions efficiently* Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and casino account activity* Collaborate with departments such as front desk, concierge, and casino hosts to provide a seamless guest experience* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel occupancy, in-house groups, and special events impacting VIP services* Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position* Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards* Perform other duties as assignedQualifications* At least one year of related experience or an equivalent* Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment* Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team* Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment* Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system* Proficient in handling multiple phone lines and using a 10-key touch adding machineRequirements* At least 21 years of age* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal* Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company* Verify right to work in the United StatesWork Cards* Nevada Gaming RegistrationPhysical Requirements* Occasionally push/pull, lift and/or carry up to 10lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels* Regularly Squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist* Constantly sit and work at a desk or computer* Regularly standing and walking* Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone* Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person* Ability to distinguish between shades of color* Ability to tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity* Ability to ascend and descend stairsWork Environment Potential Conditions* Indoor* Smoky* Noisy* Bright flashing lights* Hot cold temperatures* Slippery surfaces* Exposure to dust, fumes and/or gasesDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
