with extensive preconstruction and estimating experience. The ideal candidate will have
10+ years of experience
estimating complex projects valued
$20M+
and will bring both technical expertise and leadership to the preconstruction team. This role provides significant visibility, responsibility, and career advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the preparation of detailed cost estimates on large, complex projects Review project documents, identify risks, and develop strategies for accurate cost forecasting Oversee subcontractor/vendor outreach, bid evaluations, and scope reviews Guide and mentor junior estimators, providing leadership and technical expertise Collaborate closely with project management, field operations, owners, and design teams Develop and present proposals and budgets to executive leadership and clients Monitor market conditions, material pricing, and labor availability to inform estimates Contribute to company growth by participating in business development and pursuit efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 10+ years of estimating experience xywuqvp
in commercial construction Demonstrated success estimating
projects of $20M+ Strong leadership and mentorship abilities Proficiency with estimating and preconstruction software tools Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
$115,000 – $155,000
