Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Carpenter located in Madison, WI. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for day-to-day carpentry tasks, using power tools and hand tools, framing, and finish carpentry. This role requires consistent use of high-level carpentry techniques, adherence to safety standards, effective time management, and the ability to handle duties with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results. xywuqvp $30-45/hr depending on experience. Qualifications Carpentry, Framing, and Finish Carpentry skills Proficiency with Power Tools and Hand Tools Experience in construction and remodeling Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations Previous leadership experience is a plus Required 3 years industry experience Ability to fully remodel bathrooms, kitchens, additions, decks, loft spaces, etc.
