We move fast, operate with intention, and are building the brand that is shaping the future of licensed sports apparel. ⸻ The Role We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Apparel Product Developer to own the development process from concept through production. This role is critical in translating design vision into best-in-class product—balancing aesthetics, quality, cost, and speed. You’ll work closely with design, production, and overseas vendors to bring collections to life in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Manage product development from initial concept through production handoff • Partner closely with design to execute vision while ensuring feasibility and cost targets • Source fabrics, trims, and washes aligned with brand standards • Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors • Track and manage all development timelines and key milestones • Review and approve samples (fit, construction, quality, and aesthetic) • Lead fittings and implement revisions with precision • Build and maintain detailed tech packs and BOMs • Troubleshoot development issues and proactively problem-solve • Ensure product hits quality, margin, and delivery targets ⸻ What We’re Looking For • 3–6+ years experience in apparel product development (fashion or premium lifestyle preferred) • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and washes • Experience working with overseas factories (China preferred) • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple styles at once • Strong eye for detail and product quality—nothing slips past you • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills across teams and vendors ⸻ Bonus Points • Experience in licensed apparel or sportswear • Background working with elevated basics, knits, or outerwear • Experience in PLM systems ⸻ Why This Role This is an opportunity to be deeply embedded in product at a brand that values design, speed, and quality equally.
