Come make an impact every day at Zebra. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior International Tax Analyst to join the International Tax team within our Corporate Tax Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our global tax strategy, ensuring compliance with international tax laws, and contributing to various strategic initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and have a significant impact on our company's international tax operations. Responsibilities: Assist with quarterly tax provision workstreams, including ASC 740-10-15 (FAS109) accounting for income taxes and ASC 740-270 (FIN18) interim reporting. Prepare modeling and quantitative analyses for tax planning and implementation initiatives, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the quarterly tax provision and annual compliance. Prepare quarterly ASC 740-30-25 assertion (APB 23) on unremitted earnings, and assist with TCJA calculations (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, FTC). Prepare and support Canadian and international tax compliance filings (e.g., Forms 1118, 1120-F, 5471, 5472, 5713, 8858, 8990-8993, and CbCR). Support communication, guidance and training activities for Pillar II compliance. Assist with the coordination and management of global income tax, transfer pricing analysis, withholding taxes, and cash movements. Support tax audits and assist with inquiries related to U.S. international tax and global transfer pricing matters. Contribute to various international tax projects, including planning initiatives and legal entity rationalization. Develop and improve tax processes with a technology driven mindset to eliminate inefficiencies. Facilitate communication between external advisors and internal stakeholders for tax compliance and consulting issues Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance) required. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a multinational corporate income tax department or public accounting firm, with focus on direct (income) tax of multinational companies. Ability to interpret domestic and international tax concepts and working knowledge of ASC 740. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, OneSource Tax Provision, Corptax, and tax research tools. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey tax concepts to non-tax professionals. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. CPA is preferred. Zebra is an equal opportunity employer. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
