Enrollment Specialist
The Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in connecting families to our schools, guiding them from first inquiry through enrollment. This position balances relationship-building, data-driven enrollment management, and local marketing support to ensure families receive a consistent, accurate, and welcoming experience across all touchpoints. Core responsibilities include managing the full lead lifecycle and ensuring timely, professional responses to prospective families, maintaining and optimizing CRM processes to support enrollment tracking and reporting, supporting enrollment conversion through tours, follow-up, and family guidance, building and maintaining strong relationships with school staff and families, collaborating with school leaders and internal teams to align initiatives and share insights, providing data-driven feedback to improve enrollment outcomes and family experience, and assisting with local marketing initiatives and community engagement to support visibility and enrollment growth. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, a proactive, solution-oriented approach with a positive, professional attitude, a flexible and adaptable mindset to meet the evolving needs of families and schools, regular travel to school sites to support tours, enrollment events, and marketing initiatives, and occasional travel may be required for off-site training and professional development opportunities.
