
Social Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Social Graphic Designer to join our Digital content team! This role will be responsible for creating state of the art graphics for all Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) brands, including the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, Noblesville Boom (G League), Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and Pacers Foundation.
The Social Graphic Designer will create high-end 2D and static graphics, 3D motion graphics is a plus, for distribution across all digital platforms, as well as in-arena and TV. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, a digital - first mindset, and a passion for creating content that resonates with fans. Being a strong, clear communicator is vital to success in this role.
Because this role will work across numerous properties, having an understanding of not only basketball, but entertainment at large, is important. This position will be well-supported by a creative team composed of video producers, social content producers, photographers, and digital marketers. Additionally, this role will work closely with our part-time graphic design staff.
We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye to elevate content with motion and visual effects, and who is excited to produce graphics across every brand in our organization. The role will work highly cross-functionally with our Brand Marketing, Game Operations, Corporate Partnerships, Community Engagement, and Ticketing teams, among others.
Portfolio work is required and must be comprised of work created and designed exclusively by the applicant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and produce digital and social-first graphics across all PS&E brands
Provide creative ideas and concepts and see those ideas from ideation through execution
Ability to produce engaging original designs and work with existing designs
Maintain brand consistency and support brand strategy throughout all content and executions
Collaborate with the Digital and Creative teams to support campaigns and initiatives along with providing support across the PS&E business
Monitor and communicate the latest motion graphics & design trends
Support and collaborate with part - time graphic design staff
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast - paced environment
Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or related digital creative role required
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred
Strong knowledge working with Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis on After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop & Illustrator
Understanding of 3D and 2D Motion Design techniques preferred
Familiarity with social platforms including (but not limited to): Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
