click here . Duties & Responsibilities

Supports the production of various multimedia marketing deliverables for the U of A Campus Store. Designs, illustrates and prepares layouts for marketing materials including eBlasts, web pages, mobile and other user interfaces, presentations, web advertisements, digital signage; print advertising, postcards/self-mailers, booklets, brochures, magazines, newsletters, annual reports, banners, posters, point-of-purchase displays, signs, flyers; logo campaigns and identities; 3D displays, signage, apparel design; photography/videography for architectural, product, food, models. Collaborates with team members to complete marketing project deliverables by deadlines. Construct concept designs using storyboards, scripts, and preproduction materials for print, digital, branded, photography and video. Adapt approaches based on production needs while maintaining objectives and narrative coherence. Proactively respond to inquiries about creative services and provide technical guidance to clients. Attend team meetings and offer process and production insights. Engage with stakeholders in a collaborative manner, building consensus and positive working relationships. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Assist with inventory, researching new gear and techniques, and participate in team-building activities. Work closely as part of a team, reviewing each other\'s work and providing feedback. Maintain detailed project documentation in project management software and keep records current. Operate, manage and transport technical equipment to field locations, ensuring proper setup and operation. Additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Advanced knowledge in Mac-based software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, and Acrobat. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office software such as PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Graphic and visual design skills: layout composition, hierarchy, balance, identity, color theory, and typography. Digital and print production knowledge, including processing and editing using digital editing systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to operate graphic design equipment, cameras, printing, and lettering equipment. Advanced knowledge of retail business. Physical Requirements

Occasionally lift, transport/move a maximum of 50 lbs. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through work experience required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Must have a valid driver\'s license and ability to drive according to the University
