What You’ll Do
Meet with qualified guests and guide them through a professional sales presentation
Tour model units and explain the benefits of vacation ownership
Work with leadership to structure purchase options
Deliver a positive and engaging guest experience
All leads are provided. No cold calling or prospecting required.
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Ability to work weekends and some holidays
Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
We welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, restaurants, automotive, insurance, and other service industries.
Commission-based pay with weekly payouts
Monthly bonus opportunities (up to 18% commission payout)
First-year earning potential of $75,000+ for motivated individuals
Comprehensive paid training
Ongoing coaching and development
