Senior Manager, Social Content
to lead the creation of bold, social-first content for a hyper-growth beauty brand. This role sits at the intersection of
creative, social, and influencer , responsible for turning big ideas into content people actually want to watch, follow, and share. We are evolving beyond traditional always-on posting into
campaign-led, narrative-driven social storytelling
— from episodic formats and creator-led series to cultural moments that live natively on platform. This is not about filling a content calendar. It’s about building formats, stories, and moments that drive both
cultural relevance and business impact . What You’ll Do Lead Social-First Content Development Develop and lead
social-first content concepts , formats, and series across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms Translate product launches, retail moments, and brand campaigns into
compelling social stories Drive a shift from always-on posting to
high-impact, campaign-led content Own Campaign Storytelling Lead social content for key moments (product launches, retail activations, cultural tentpoles) Concept and execute formats like mini-shows, social stunts, and creator-driven narratives Ensure every idea is built for platform-native consumption and audience retention Bridge Creative, Social & Influencer Act as the connective lead between
Creative, Social, and Influencer teams Partner with Creative on ideation, scripts, and treatments to ensure ideas are made for social from the start Collaborate with the influencer team to integrate creators into
story-led content , not just one-off posts Drive Execution with Taste & Speed Oversee content from concept through production, posting, and iteration Ensure content is delivered at speed without compromising creative quality Maintain a high bar for what goes live — prioritizing ideas that feel fresh, relevant, and culturally in-tune Connect Content to Business Performance Understand how social content contributes to
key business outcomes
including engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue Partner with analytics, paid, and eCommerce teams to ensure content is optimized for both
organic performance and paid amplification Use performance data (ER, retention, CTR, conversion signals) to refine creative and inform future concepts Think xywuqvp beyond views — ensuring content drives measurable impact across brand and sales goals Who You Are 5–7 years experience in
social content, creative strategy, or digital storytelling , ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or culture-led brands Deep understanding of
TikTok and Instagram as entertainment platforms , not just marketing channels Proven experience creating or leading
social-first campaigns, series, or formats Strong creative instincts with the ability to concept and execute Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing creative direction Understanding of how social performance connects to
broader marketing and business KPIs Obsessed with internet culture, trends, and audience behavior Known for pushing beyond “safe” ideas and raising the creative bar
