Job ID: 10378691 | Amazon.com Services LLC We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven candidate who can drive the management and growth of key Prime Video Channels (PVC) for Amazon's Sports video business. The Sports Partnerships Team within Prime Video brings a growing selection of live sports content to Amazon customers around the world, including NFL, NBA, WNBA, NASCAR, NHL, and NWSL. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with a strong attention to detail, an ability to juggle multiple priorities, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you will work across different teams internally and externally to ensure the success and growth of key sports subscription services on PVC and invent and simplify our processes as we continue to scale our Sports Channels business. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses problem solving skills to overcome a variety of challenges. This individual should be highly proficient in Excel and capable of communicating clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external cross-functional workstreams to ensure the success of Amazon's sports subscription services. Collaborate with territory leads on international growth opportunities.
Derive business insights and develop tactical recommendations to optimize and grow each channel
Support writing of updates and deep dive documents for senior leadership
Support deal negotiations for new channels
Learn and be curious of customer’s and partner’s needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive the delivery of features that provide customers with a best-in-class streaming experience
Have a thorough understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of account management, business development, content licensing or finance experience
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in English
4+ years of experience working in a directly relevant industry (sports, digital, consulting, banking), with exposure to sports and/or entertainment industry
Experience using Excel and/or other analytical/Business Intelligence tools
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload
High attention to detail, comfortable with hands-on management of tasks
Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles and develop process that drives scale
Adept at working with different systems and making recommendations on improvements for both systems and processes
Ability to succeed amidst ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with internal teams and external vendors
Preferred Qualifications
Background in program management/accounting/finance
Excel Expert level and SQL proficiencies
Leveraging technology to invent, improve, and scale

Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
