CFM Contracts Thrust Sales Specialist

Mission: Manage administrative processes related to contracts with airline and Lessor customers for the supply of Thrust related products and associated business processes. Job Description: Administer contracts with Airlines/Lessors for the sale and administration of Thrust related products. o Understand and track the implementation of purchase orders, payments, and product deliveries, as well as all other financial transactions with the Airlines/Lessors. o Develop, implement, and maintain, Thrust sales forecasts for financial flows between CFM and Airlines/Lessors for use during periodic management meeting. o Report status of financial flows to team stakeholders. Implement the financial / administrative transactions for airline / lessor customer contracts for sale of products to support the operation of aircraft engines: o Create quotes, process customer purchase orders, acknowledgements to customers, and various related suppliers purchase order flow down tasks. o Maintain detailed tracking of process steps and measuring and reporting its performance against applicable metrics. o With customer team, manage and administer the terms and conditions of the airline customer contract, including detailed contract review and any related calculations required. o Contribute to the sales rolling forecast development and update thru periodic analysis Coordinate and update thrust sales opportunity management between GE and SAE sales teams. Provide consolidated list of opportunities to regional sales managers Seek and receive updates related to sales activity during the negotiation phases and report action status to ensure closure of opportunities Provide analysis and KPIs to drive action in the sales closure of thrust related activity Develop and provide any required contractual terms and conditions, financial analysis and data for periodic reviews and various management reports and be able to present such information to stakeholders. Maintain data in databases, contract repositories and information systems. Perform other contract management activities, including review, tracking, interpretation, and other related projects. Implement and manage special projects, as needed, related to process improvements for the organization. If requested, support sales and legal teams as required during proposal and contract negotiations with airline/lessor customers. Complete company required training as well as training for an individual growth plan. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree 1-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in a finance related role Skills: Must possess excellent communication with all business levels Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and dedication to accuracy. Must be proactive, able to work independently and able to work under deadlines Must be a team player, and able to work close contact with other team members.
