Junior Financial Advisor

As part of World Insurance Associates, World Investment Advisors is a nationally recognized financial services firm dedicated to providing the industry's premier wealth management and retirement plan investment advisory services to individuals, high net worth families and employers. The Junior Financial Advisor will support senior advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to clients. This role will help the ideal candidate develop foundational advisory skills while progressing toward lead advisor responsibilities. Typical duties and responsibilities include: Assist in preparing financial plans, investment proposals, and client review materials Conduct data gathering, analysis, and client onboarding activities Support portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, and implementation of investment strategies Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM and planning software Conduct research on investments, financial planning strategies, and market trends Ensure compliance with RIA policies and regulatory requirements Position requirements include: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field 2-5 years of experience in financial services or client-facing roles Series 65 (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe) Progress toward CFP designation preferred Preference is given to candidates with the following qualifications: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills High attention to detail and client service orientation Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced advisory environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Money Guide Pro, Tamarack, Junxure, Redtail) Perks and benefits include: 401(k) with Employer Match Health Insurance (with HSA option) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Paid Time Off Policy Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Healthy Work/Life Balance Maternity/Paternity Leave Policy At World Investment Advisors, we strive to provide a challenging, stimulating environment for the best and brightest in the industry.
