CRM Campaign Specialist
The pay range for this role is $70,500 - $85,000/yr USD. Skechers is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Campaign Specialist to support the execution of our email, SMS, and loyalty marketing programs. This role is critical to ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and with strong cross-functional alignment. This person will partner closely with CRM leadership and channel owners to bring campaigns to life, acting as the operational backbone and "traffic controller" of the CRM team. This role is essential to scaling our CRM program. You will enable the team to move faster, execute better, and deliver high-quality campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue. Campaign Execution & Project Management Act as the project manager for all CRM campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty), ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are completed on schedule. Build and manage campaign workflows in project management tools (e.g., Asana). Coordinate across teams (creative, analytics, dev, marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Proactively identify and unblock issues impacting campaign readiness. Partner with CRM managers to translate campaign plans into actionable project timelines. Creative Asset Management Manage the end-to-end process for CRM creative assets, including: Creating and tracking creative requests Managing feedback loops across stakeholders Routing approvals and ensuring deadlines are met Organizing and maintaining asset libraries Track creative asset development and ensure assets are delivered on time. Quality Assurance (QA) Support Assist in QA processes for email and SMS campaigns to ensure accuracy across: Content, links, personalization, and segmentation Partner with CRM and technical teams to flag and resolve issues pre-launch Identify missing assets, unclear requirements, or operational gaps that could impact execution. Help unblock issues impacting campaign readiness. Process Optimization & Operations Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and speed to market. Help standardize processes and documentation across CRM channels Own and maintain operational tools (e.g., Asana), ensuring visibility into campaign status and priorities. Ensure all requirement documentation is kept up to date with any changes and that all campaign assets are properly organized and stored. Campaign Reporting Support Partner with CRM and analytics teams to pull and recap campaign results. Ensure results are consistently documented and shared with stakeholders. Support post-campaign learnings and documentation. What You'll Bring
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM channels (email, SMS, loyalty) and campaign workflows. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com). Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving blockers. Ability to quickly learn and understand business context and CRM program objectives. Requirements
