Who You Are We’re seeking a
Senior Manager, Experiential Marketing & Events
to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives and live event experiences for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and operations. Owning both the marketing approach and the event execution that brings it to life.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can seamlessly move between big-picture thinking and detailed execution, guiding projects from concept through completion while ensuring every touchpoint is aligned, intentional, and impactful.
What You\'ll Do Experiential Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans grounded in market research, data insights, and client objectives
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns that support event goals, including digital, print, and on-site activations
Ensure alignment between brand messaging, campaign strategy, and the live event experience
Creative & Content Oversight
Lead the development and production of all marketing assets, including graphics (print & digital), promotional materials, and branded content
Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment
Guide the visual and experiential direction of client programs to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
Event Planning & Project Management
Manage client projects end-to-end, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor
Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget development, timeline management, and deliverable tracking
Support logistics such as site selection, travel coordination, registration management, and vendor coordination
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams across marketing, creative, and event operations to drive alignment and efficiency
Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of all program elements
Proactively identify risks, solve challenges, and maintain momentum across multiple projects
Performance & Reporting
Track and analyze marketing and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and senior leadership
Report on campaign effectiveness, attendee engagement, and overall ROI
Use data to continuously refine strategies and improve future programs
What You Bring
5–8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, or event management
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and brand execution
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
A confident communicator who can build strong client relationships and lead cross-functional teams
Analytical and strategic, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Ability to provide a portfolio of your accomplishments throughout those years of experience (including but not limited to creative marketing projects and events you have coordinated in the past)
