Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a leading entertainment and experiences client. This designer will create meaningful, emotionally resonant digital experiences for guests across parks, resorts, and cruise platforms. The ideal candidate has strong end-to-end product design skills, thrives in highly collaborative cross-functional environments, and delivers exceptionally polished, guest-centered solutions. This is a unique opportunity to craft digital moments that blend creativity, technology, and storytelling across globally recognized brands and emerging platforms. This role is hybrid ideally in Glendale or Orlando 1-4 days a week. Design original, elegant digital experiences for Disney Parks & Resorts guests Concept through execution: sketches, wireframes, flows, comps, prototypes, redlines Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consumer Insights, and other designers Ensure final build aligns with design specs and reflects Disney-level craft Use data + research to shape design decisions Apply design thinking across experiences blending physical + digital Leverage Disney brands, IP, and design patterns in all work Design across web, mobile web, iOS, and Android Utilize design system + LLM-driven features for efficiency Present to leadership and executive stakeholders Stay organized on project and product details We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. 5–7 years as an end-to-end product designer using Figma - need expert level Figma experience and a desire to use new features Experience designing large, complex web/native applications (ecommerce preferred) Ability to anticipate needs using user research, data, and analytics Experience creating interactive prototypes Portfolio required Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Desire to use ai tools and work with ai Familiarity with ecommerce 4‑year degree Experience with emerging platforms and technologies Experience working with design systems Previous work translating brand worlds into digital experiences Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
