We're seeking a Daily Property Claims Adjuster who wants consistent assignments, flexibility in the field, and dependable support from an organized claims team. This role is ideal for adjusters who want to stay focused on inspections and estimates while our internal team helps keep files moving efficiently. What You'll Be Handling: Conduct on-site inspections for property damage caused by wind, hail, heavy rain, and other seasonal events Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using Xactimate Document losses with clear photos, thorough notes, and well-organized reports Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives Submit complete claim files in accordance with carrier guidelines and timelines What We're Looking For: Proficiency with Xactimate Working knowledge of residential and light commercial construction Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Active Kentucky adjuster license or designated home state license What You Can Expect: Increased claim volume across the Louisville market during spring storm season Competitive per-claim compensation with consistent, on-time payments Flexibility and independence in the field Support from a responsive and well-organized internal team Opportunities for continued work as claim activity grows
