The Recruiter is responsible for finding, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Key responsibilities include: Posting job openings on job boards and other platforms Reviewing resumes and applications Conducting phone and/or virtual interviews Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process Preparing and extending job offers Maintaining accurate candidate and hiring records Qualifications include: College degree Strong communication and organizational skills One years experience in a recruiter, generalist or comparable role Ability to manage multiple openings at once High school diploma/GED Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and job platforms
