Patient Account Representative

Acadia Healthcare - 9009 Carothers Parkway - Responsibilities: Monitor patient balances to ensure compliance with group policies and provide information and direction to clinic staff regarding patient financial obligations; Answer clinic questions regarding payers and patient accounts (co-pay, co-insurance, deductibles, etc.); Serve as an escalation point for patient financial questions or concerns; Responsible for Intake Billing set-up for their assigned clinics.; Auditing patient accounts for completeness and accuracy (i.e., signed financial consent(s), Insurance Verification Form, authorization, Insurance card, etc.)
