Assist union members who have requested their benefits package Communicate professionally to ensure clients receive the coverage they qualify for Build and maintain relationships with new and existing members Work independently while contributing to team performance goals Adapt to new training, tools, and strategies in a fast-paced environment What You'll Need to Succeed
No experience or degree required we train you fully. Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team. Coachable attitude with the ability to learn and adapt. What We Offer
