This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, translating high-level strategy into on-the-ground programs — from executive events and field activations to partner campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.

Partner closely with sales to target key accounts and support deal acceleration

Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-value prospects

Launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels

Experiment with AI-driven tools and tactics to personalize outreach and improve performance

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI

Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities with partners, customers, and industry communities

What We’re Looking For

4+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing (preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity)

Proven track record of driving pipeline through events and regional programs

Strong experience working closely with sales teams and revenue targets

Experience operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership

Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign ROI and performance

Exceptional communication and project management skills

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Bonus:

Experience in cybersecurity or AI companies

Familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles

Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows
