Job Summary
We are hiring a part-time Marketing Coordinator Intern to support in-store marketing campaigns, vendor coordination, and event planning. This role will lead planning efforts and assist with marketing campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with our advertising lead and in-store marketing team to ensure campaigns are organized, aligned, and executed on time. This is a hands-on, coordination-focused opportunity ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain real-world marketing experience. Key Responsibilities
Spearhead planning and coordination for events Assist with campaign planning Coordinate with advertising lead on campaign alignment Work with in-store marketing team on creative timelines Communicate with vendors and manage deliverables Maintain campaign calendars and project trackers Ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule Required Qualifications
Recent graduate (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple timelines and moving parts Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams Preferred Qualifications
Internship or academic experience in marketing or campaign coordination Exposure to vendor communication or project coordination Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva or Google Workspace What Success Looks Like
Structured anniversary event plan developed within first 60–90 days Campaign timelines organized and maintained Effective vendor coordination and cross-team communication Successful support of at least one seasonal campaign
