Why we’re looking We are adding a Paid Media Analyst to our Digital Marketing Team to support the growing portfolio. The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for implementing and optimizing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and Google. In this role, you will communicate with customers who have questions or concerns regarding their campaigns, primarily via email and sometimes over the phone. Each customer also has regular meetings to review campaign standings and recommendations for future adjustments. You will also work on custom requests for social media content and implement optimizations to ad performance. What you’ll do
Work with the Paid Media and SEO teams to develop strong, holistic marketing strategies. Use Canva to duplicate content and reformat it with the customer’s branding (change color schemes, add logos, use customer photos/videos), and create custom content upon request. Schedule content to the customer’s Facebook and Instagram profiles in Sprout Social. Analyze ad performance and implement optimizations on Meta and Google Ads. Meet with customers regularly to ensure performance is on track and decrease customer churn. What we’re looking for
1-3+ years experience in Meta and Google Ads. 1-3+ years experience in organic social media management. 1-3+ years experience in customer service, including holding regular meetings, managing customer expectations, and communicating performance data clearly to customers. Ability to navigate Canva, Google platforms, Meta platforms, and Sprout Social at a novice level. Understanding of general social media content needs (proper aspect ratios, differences between Facebook and Instagram, etc.). Ability to understand content data points to boost engagement and other metrics as defined. Ability to download media files and share asset links in Excel documents using Google Drive.
