About the Role As an
In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, understanding their needs, and presenting customized bath solutions. This is an outside sales position that leverages modern technology to design and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
Build rapport with homeowners and assess their remodeling needs
Design personalized bath solutions using easy-to-use software
Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
Participate in ongoing weekly training to enhance sales skills
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Previous in-home sales experience is a plus
Background in home improvement, construction, or remodeling preferred
Confident presenter with strong public speaking abilities
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Outgoing and professional personality
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Compensation & Opportunity This is a
