Landscape Foreman

This person would work with equipment and manage projects ranging from residential lawn and landscape installations to large scale erosion control installation projects, small excavation projects including swimming pool site work and building and more. The individual will have equipment operating experience with mini-excavators, skid steers and loaders but understands that time in the machine is less than 50% of the day.

• Proven ability to operate mini-excavator, skid steer and/or loader
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Outdoor working conditions

Ideal candidate is interested in one day buying into business.

Responsibilities

Daily project responsibilities include site preparation for swimming pool sites, assist in installation of inground swimming pools, the installation of seeding and erosion control, material placement, grading and other general landscaping duties.

Qualifications

Valid Drivers License Required.

Valid CDL a bonus but not required.

1-2 years experience Required.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Experience is required.
