Position Summary
As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager at Shoes For Crews, you’ll execute and optimize our digital brand presence across social platforms, and help activate our influencer and brand ambassador initiatives. Working under the direction of the Sr. Brand Marketing Director, you will translate strategic goals into compelling content, partnership campaigns, and high-impact community programs. You will bring creative ideas and platform expertise to the table, providing input that helps shape strategy, but will be primarily responsible for hands‑on execution, program management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Social Media & Content Creation
Lead the development, planning, and execution of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
Own the social publishing calendar and campaign timelines, collaborating with Brand, Creative, and Product teams for aligned rollouts
Capture and edit engaging photo and video content tailored to each brand (Shoes For Crews, LILA™, MOZO®, ACE®, etc.)
Draft captions and messaging that reflect brand voice, drive engagement, and support business goals
Monitor, engage, and grow our social communities through real‑time interaction, DMs, comments, and UGC
Track platform trends, experiment with new formats, and present creative recommendations in team standups
Analyze and report on content performance, highlighting wins and opportunities for optimization
Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners who align with our values and audience
Source, vet, brief, and contract influencers for product launches, campaigns, and always‑on collaborations
Lead all aspects of influencer campaigns: outreach, product seeding, content approval, tracking, and reporting
Architect, launch, and manage our new Brand Ambassador Program—including program structure, onboarding, incentives, content guidelines, and ongoing engagement
Act as the main point of contact for brand ambassadors, nurturing a positive and active advocate community
Partner with Brand and Creative to develop toolkits and campaign materials for influencers and ambassadors
Strategy, Collaboration & Brand Alignment
Execute the social media and influencer marketing strategy as defined by the Sr. Brand Marketing Director, ensuring all deliverables align with business objectives, campaign priorities, and brand standards.
Actively monitor social, content, and influencer trends; bring forward data, insights, and creative recommendations to help inform ongoing strategy updates.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure social and influencer campaigns are flawlessly implemented, reporting back on performance and learnings.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Proven ability to manage and grow social media channels, build engaged digital communities, and develop high‑performing content
Hands‑on experience with social scheduling, analytics, and influencer management tools (e.g., Sprout, Later, AspireIQ, Tagger, Statusbrew)
Experience developing and managing influencer programs and/or ambassador communities
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; strong collaborator and project manager
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and mobile video editing tools
Deep knowledge of what performs on each social platform; portfolio or content samples required
Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Bonus
Experience in workwear, safety, or lifestyle/fashion brands
Background in affiliate or advocacy marketing
Interest in photography, trend spotting, or UGC
Education/Experience Required
2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, or brand communications (brand or agency)
