Redgert Comms is seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Senior PR Account Manager to play a key role in the growth and success of our U.S. business. This is an opportunity for a seasoned communications professional with deep expertise in beauty, lifestyle, and consumer brands to lead high-impact campaigns, shape brand narratives, and build meaningful cultural relevance for our clients.
You will serve as a senior client partner, leading integrated communications strategies across earned media, influencer, talent, and consumer engagement channels. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and globally connected environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key U.S.-based clients, building trusted, long-term relationships grounded in strategic counsel and results.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated PR and communications strategies that align with client business objectives and brand positioning.
- Translate brand narratives into compelling, culturally relevant stories that resonate across media, influencer, and consumer touchpoints.
- Proactively identify opportunities for visibility, partnerships, and thought leadership.
- Leverage and continuously grow a robust network of top-tier editors, journalists, influencers, tastemakers, and talent across the U.S. market.
- Drive best-in-class media relations efforts, including proactive pitching, securing high-impact coverage, and managing press moments.
- Oversee influencer and talent engagement strategies, from identification and outreach to negotiation and relationship management.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of PR campaigns, product launches, events, and cultural moments with a strong attention to detail and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment on messaging, creative direction, and campaign rollout across markets.
- Integrate PR efforts with broader marketing channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling across platforms.
- Support new business efforts, including proposal development, pitch participation, and identification of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to the agency's U.S. expansion by bringing market insights, industry trends, and innovative ideas to the table.
- Report directly to the Brand Communications Director
- Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure excellence in execution and professional growth across the team.
- Act as a role model within the agency, embodying Redgert's values and standards of work.
- 5-7+ years of experience in public relations, with a strong focus on beauty, lifestyle, and/or consumer brands (agency experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in leading client accounts and delivering impactful, results-driven PR campaigns.
- Established network of U.S.-based media contacts, editors, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role is hybrid with 4 days minimum in office.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. Whether a prospective employee will be paid within the compensation range listed above will depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations, and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
