Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Advertising Director to lead and execute strategic advertising initiatives across multiple retail locations in Fort Myers, Naples, and Miami, Florida. This role is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive advertising campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Advertising Director will oversee digital and traditional advertising strategies, manage agency and vendor relationships, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with company growth objectives. This role requires a highly analytical and creative leader with proven experience managing advertising campaigns for retail or consumer-facing brands.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advertising Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy across all company markets. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, search, radio, television, outdoor, and print. Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition through targeted advertising initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance using analytics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand launches.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage digital advertising channels including: Google Ads, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), Programmatic advertising, Display and retargeting campaigns. Analyze digital performance metrics including CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and creative vendors. Negotiate advertising contracts and media placement agreements. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and creative assets.
  • Market Expansion & Localization: Develop location-specific campaigns tailored to Fort Myers, Naples, and Miami markets. Analyze regional demographics, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning to refine messaging.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Manage the company’s advertising budget and ensure efficient allocation across channels. Provide executive leadership with performance reports, advertising insights, and ROI analysis. Continuously test new marketing channels and strategies to improve results.

Qualifications

  • Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing leadership, or media strategy. Experience managing multi-channel advertising campaigns. Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to manage large advertising budgets and measure ROI.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in retail, luxury retail, jewelry, or consumer goods industries. Experience managing regional or multi-location marketing campaigns. Experience working with advertising agencies and media buying firms.

Work Location
